Objective: The challenge was to increase communication and centralize documentation in the organization. The solution was to build a social networking intranet serving over 170 people. Hosted roughly 20-40 grassroots interviews to determine features and functionality. Created a knowledge base and support desk ticket system using Kayako Help Desk, Joomla and JomSocial. Customized an html5 compatible mp3 playlist player to provide users with the a weekly download of their chapel services.
